Rent + Utilities for the flex room which is 8'4" x 8'4" (there is no flex door, but the flex curtain is already fixed) and comes with an IKEA cupboard for your use. There is a mattress in the room. There is a fan in the room. You will be a co-signer on the lease and we are looking for somebody TO MOVE IN IMMEDIATELY. You will be living with 2 student girls. About your future roommates: Sanjana is an interior design student and Aishwarya is a psychology student at The New school. They're in their early 20s and are from Chennai and Hyderabad, India.

The ideal roommate cleans up the common areas after use - this is the only non-negotiable because we are very particular about cleanliness/organization.
